Ingredients

- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine marshmallows, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, cherries, and grapes.
- Add shredded coconut and mix gently.
- Fold in sour cream and whipped cream until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Stir lightly before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
- Best served chilled.
