Easy no-bake almond joy truffles with coconut, almonds, and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix shredded coconut, almond butter, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Fold in chopped almonds.
- Roll mixture into small balls and place on a tray.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate.
- Let set on parchment paper.
