Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded coconut, almond butter, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Fold in chopped almonds.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a tray.
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
  6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate.
  7. Let set on parchment paper.
