- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Form dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly with your palm.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
