Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss until all vegetables are evenly coated.
  5. Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.
  7. Once the vegetables are crispy and tender, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
