  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side up. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
