- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side up. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy!
