- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchinis into fry-shaped sticks.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
