Crispy and healthy zucchini chips made in an air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly, about 1/8-inch thick.
- Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slices.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer for best crispiness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
