Description
Crispy and delicious wontons made easily in an air fryer, perfect for appetizers or snacks.
Ingredients

- 1 package Wonton wrappers
- 1 cup Ground pork or chicken
- 2 Green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- for air fryer Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork or chicken, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold it in half to create a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Optionally, you can crimp the edges with a fork for a decorative touch.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the wontons in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry the wontons for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.
- Remove the wontons from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
- You can use any type of ground meat or even tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Feel free to add additional vegetables like shredded carrots or cabbage to the filling for extra crunch.
- Serve with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
