Description

A simple and delicious whole chicken cooked in an air fryer for crispy skin and juicy meat.


Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (34 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
  3. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Season the chicken evenly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket breast-side down.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken breast-side up and cook for another 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
