Instructions
- Choose ground turkey that is 93% lean or higher.
- Keep all ingredients chilled before mixing.
- In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, olive oil, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Mix the ingredients gently to avoid overmixing.
- Form the mixture into uniform patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the patties for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness early to avoid overcooking.
