Instructions

- Mix the ingredients gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Refrigerate the patties for 30 minutes to help them hold their shape during cooking.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook the patties in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the patties with a meat thermometer; they should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
