Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the tofu cubes and toss gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the tofu and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
