- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the tofu cubes and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle the cornstarch over the tofu and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately as a snack or add to your favorite dishes.
