Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the mixture and coat evenly.
  5. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
