Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness.
- Once the sweet potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
