Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly into rounds.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
