Ingredients

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

- Store any leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Experiment with different seasonings for variety.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
