Delicious and savory stuffed mushrooms made in the air fryer for a quick and easy appetizer.

- 1 pound (450g) large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup (100g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup (60g) breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing it in firmly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the tops of the stuffed mushrooms lightly with olive oil cooking spray.
- Air fry the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked sausage or bacon bits to the stuffing mixture for extra flavor.
- You can substitute the breadcrumbs with crushed crackers for a different texture.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
