  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

Delicious and easy-to-make stuffed mushrooms cooked perfectly in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, packing it in gently.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the basket, making sure they’re not touching.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try adding cooked sausage or spinach to the stuffing mixture.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
