Delicious and easy-to-make stuffed mushrooms cooked in the air fryer, perfect as an appetizer or party snack.

- 1 pound (450g) large button mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup (110g) breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (60ml) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure they are filled.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t overcrowded.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite herbs or spices.
- For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.
- These stuffed mushrooms can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before cooking.
