Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally without cutting through.
  3. Mix spinach, feta, garlic, and oregano in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach-feta mixture.
  5. Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Flip chicken halfway through cooking.
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
