- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Make a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally without cutting through.
- Mix spinach, feta, garlic, and oregano in a bowl.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach-feta mixture.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip chicken halfway through cooking.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
