- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat steak dry with paper towels.
- Rub steak with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place steak in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-12 minutes (flip halfway) depending on thickness and preferred doneness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness: 125°F (52°C) for rare, 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare, 145°F (63°C) for medium.
- Thicker steaks may need extra cook time.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
