Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat steak dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub steak with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place steak in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-12 minutes (flip halfway) depending on thickness and preferred doneness.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
