Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced squash, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss until the squash is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned squash slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the squash is tender and golden brown.
