  • 2 medium yellow squash, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced zucchini and squash with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
