- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- Place the potato slices in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and pat them dry.
- You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
