- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are crispy and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
