Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, and zucchini.
