Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
