- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, place the flour. In a third bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
