- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately, enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in the seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste; you can add cayenne pepper for some heat.
