Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
  7. Serve immediately, enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in the seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Adjust the seasoning to your taste; you can add cayenne pepper for some heat.
