Crispy air fryer shrimp that are quick and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
