- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 3 ears corn, cut into thirds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, and salt.
- Add potatoes and corn to the bowl and mix well.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve with lemon slices.
