Ingredients

- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl.
- Toss the warm potatoes with the yogurt dressing and red onion.
- Serve the salmon with the warm potato salad.

- Use skin-on salmon for extra crispiness.
