Ingredients

  • 2 cans of salmon (14.75 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form mixture into patties.
  5. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from air fryer and serve warm.
