Description
These air fryer salmon cakes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They are packed with flavor and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 cans of salmon (14.75 oz each)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with tartar sauce or a fresh salad.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Can substitute fresh salmon for canned salmon.
