Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  3. In a pot, combine quinoa and water; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Season salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Add broccoli florets to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  8. Once cooked, fluff the quinoa with a fork.
  9. Assemble the bowl with quinoa, salmon, broccoli, and avocado.
