Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- In a pot, combine quinoa and water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Once cooked, fluff the quinoa with a fork.
- Assemble the bowl with quinoa, salmon, broccoli, and avocado.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on salmon thickness.
- Substitute quinoa with rice if preferred.
