Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the salmon cooks, prepare the quinoa and chop the vegetables.
- Once the salmon is cooked, assemble your bowl with quinoa, salmon, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
