- 2–3 lbs beef roast (ribeye, sirloin, or tenderloin)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the beef roast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Place the roast in the air fryer basket, fat side up.
- Cook the roast for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue cooking for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium).
- Remove the roast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
