  • 23 lbs beef roast (ribeye, sirloin, or tenderloin)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the beef roast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Place the roast in the air fryer basket, fat side up.
  5. Cook the roast for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue cooking for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium).
  6. Remove the roast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
