Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
