- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- You can also add your favorite low carb vegetables to the air fryer in the last 5-7 minutes of cooking.
