Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dough balls onto a piece of parchment paper that fits in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool in the basket for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- You can customize the recipe by adding nuts or substituting the chocolate chips with other mix-ins.
- Store cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
