Ingredients

- 2 lbs of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 5 minutes if necessary.
- Serve hot.
