Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 pounds pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the marinade.
- Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding fresh herbs like rosemary or sage to the marinade.
- Ensure the pork is at room temperature before cooking for even results.
- You can use other cuts of pork; just adjust the cooking time accordingly.
