- 4 pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil over the pork chops, then season both sides with the spice mixture.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
