- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pork chop pieces with olive oil and all the seasonings. Toss until the pork is evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned pork chop bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning, until the pork is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
