Description
Air Fryer Pizza Bombs are quick, easy, and delicious bites filled with gooey cheese and your favorite pizza toppings, all cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one slightly.
- Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella, diced pepperoni, and a teaspoon of marinara sauce in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and seal tightly to form a ball.
- Brush the outside of each ball with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Place the pizza bombs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
- Customize the filling with your favorite pizza toppings.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
