- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the coated chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.

- Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
