- 2 eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
