  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water (for thickening)
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
