- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each onion ring in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the onion rings in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the tops of the onion rings with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture.
- You can also season the flour mixture with additional spices like cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
- If you prefer thicker onion rings, you can use thicker slices of onion and adjust the cooking time accordingly.
