Crispy and delicious air-fried fresh okra that makes for a perfect snack or side dish.

- 1 pound Fresh okra
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the fresh okra, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Add the cornmeal to the okra mixture and toss again until all the pieces are well coated.
- Place the okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the okra is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add cayenne pepper or your favorite seasoning blend.
- Make sure the okra is not overcrowded in the air fryer basket to achieve the best crispiness.
