Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (or your favorite add-in)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line muffin cups with paper liners or grease them lightly. Fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin cups.
