Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries (or your favorite add-in)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Line muffin cups with paper liners or grease them lightly. Fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  8. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin cups.
