Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (or chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the blueberries or your choice of add-ins.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line muffin cups with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Arrange the muffin cups in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the blueberries with other fruits or chocolate chips.
- Ensure you do not overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary.
- For added flavor, consider adding spices like cinnamon or nutmeg.
