- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with mozzarella cheese.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the chicken inside.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve with marinara sauce and additional Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
- You can use any type of cheese for stuffing.
